Refund policy

Thank you for choosing CoreTech Goods. We want you to be 
completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details 
of our return and refund process.

1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may 
return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. No 
questions asked.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in original packaging
- The item must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Used items are still eligible for return within the 30-day window.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1: Email our support team at support@coretechgoods.com 
with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return 
label and detailed instructions.

Step 3: Pack the item carefully in its original packaging and 
attach the prepaid label.

Step 4: Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.

4. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your 
refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the 
original payment method.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 
48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a free 
replacement immediately — no return required.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items with missing components or accessories
- Items damaged due to misuse, dropping, or water exposure
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

7. SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is FREE for all eligible returns within the 
30-day window. We provide a prepaid label.

8. EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for a different model 
or variant, please initiate a return and place a new order. 
We do not process direct exchanges.

9. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a 
full refund. After 24 hours, the order may have already shipped 
and standard return procedures will apply.
