We ship CoreTech Goods worldwide. Below you will find detailed 
information on our shipping process.

1. FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

We offer FREE shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase 
required. This applies to all destinations served by our 
shipping partners.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time 
they are placed. You will receive a confirmation email with 
tracking information once your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed 
the next business day.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

- France: 3-7 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs 
processing and local courier capacity.

4. ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your 
order ships. You can track your package in real-time through 
the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business 
days of your order, please contact us at support@coretechgoods.com.

5. CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties or 
import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the 
buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping 
cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. SHIPPING DAMAGE

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of 
delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a free 
replacement immediately at no cost to you.

7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, 
unclaimed delivery, or refusal of delivery, the customer is 
responsible for re-shipping costs.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your 
order.

8. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact 
us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, 
addresses cannot be modified.

9. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have 
not received it, please contact your local carrier first. If 
the issue persists, contact us at support@coretechgoods.com 
and we will assist you with the resolution.
